SP Racing wrapped up the final round of the CIGT Sprint with a mix of victories and challenges, showcasing the team’s resilience and strength across both races.
In Race 1, Car #133 (Pisani and Zerbi) dominated with a category win, while Car #223 (Zanini and Fabiani) also secured a brilliant category win, reinforcing their strong form from the previous rounds. Car #145 (Rodriguez and Bugliotti) fought hard and finished with a solid P3 in their category. Unfortunately, Car #233 (Grisi and Abbati) suffered a crash during qualifying, resulting in a DNF, and they were unable to start the race.
Race 2 was marked by a long safety car period followed by a red flag, shaking up the competition. Despite the interruptions, Car #133 managed a P3 finish in their category, continuing their weekend success. Car #145 finished just outside the podium in P4, while Car #223 also clinched a P4 finish in their category, capping off a strong performance from the team overall.
